Luray TRI Results

HP01 competed last weekend at the first annual Luray Sprint Triathlon in a relay with HP04 & HP08. The Uno swam 1/2 mile in 29 minutes. Good thing our biker (04) and our runner (08) made up enough time to bump us up to 8th place.

Killian Loves to Camp & Cheer on TeamHotPants

The Lady heads out of town to the Smith Mountain Lake Triathlon with HP04. But first, drop off Mr. Chips at his uncle's house.

While keeping with tradition of being dead last in my age group, I did manage to shave time off my swim and run times.

Total time: 2 hours, 7 minutes

Half-mile Swim time: 24 minutes (2 minutes faster than Lake Anna)
12-mile bike time: 54 minutes
3.2-mile run time: 40 minutes (5 minutes faster than Lake Anna)

Celebrating a milestone...Steaks & Cakes all around!

Yesterday was Killian's 12th Birthday! She started the day at water therapy with Morgan and slept the rest of the day, until her mom/dad came home. Before her big party, her mom took her out for a bike ride around the 'hood. We celebrated with grilled steaks and doggie birthday cake, which all the dogs loved! Cheers to Killian!
